| I got this guy in my system... He's been after me for some time, but now we've settled a truce.
He's the leader of TMJ and want to make a NAP with us, how do you guys feel about that?

| I agree for NAP, always good to get quite a few NAPs earlier on then when we bigger and running out of targets we can declare war on those we can beat and Ninja |

| Actually I agree with BTrayaL-. That's not the sort of thing we should be making public. No-one's going to make treaties with us if our public forum states we might renage on them. In this case it's just one invividual's opinion and doesn't reflect the stance of the alliance as a whole, but it still puts us in a bad light to anyone from outside the alliance who may be browsing these pages. | |

Technically an internal "Diplomatic" section is missing. We have just this one here which is public.
This section here - where we are writing now - should be treated as "Foreign Affairs" or "Public Affairs" where everybody can write public.
